It includes structured guidance around how to conduct an equity organizational assessment using the Self-Assessment for Modification of Anti-Racism Tool (SMART) – a tool to evaluate and improve anti-racism efforts within your behavioral health services. The AEBH Roadmap empowers leaders, teams, and practitioners with practical tools to improve access, quality, and outcomes for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) communities. It is a call to action for behavioral health systems to embed equity as the standard of care, ensuring that behavioral health services are just, accessible, and community driven.
