BHSA Integrated Implementation Support
Program Description
Offered by the California Institute for Behavioral Health Solutions (CIBHS), this program provides targeted technical assistance and structured learning to address key implementation challenges, including evolving requirements, workforce limitations, and complex compliance expectations.
Designed for small and mid-sized counties, the program includes a Virtual Training Series, Communities of Practice, and optional Individual Consultation. The goal of the program is to equip county teams with practical tools, data strategies, and implementation support to carry out the goals in their BHSA Integrated Plans. County teams can participate in the entire series or choose the trainings and supports relevant to their needs.
